So, what more can I tell you about me! I am first and foremost an empath with a heart of golden belief in myself, others, and life. I am a glass half full kinda gal, full of positivity and optimism! I love gymnastics, music, dancing, stepping, reading, art, and crafting. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, family, and friends. “I believe that life is about relationships. If you don’t cultivate them, then you don’t have them. The way you cultivate them is the way you have them.” I’m just saying, in my opinion! Lol! I bring to the world a delicious personal and professional medley of what I like to call my LIFESTYLE! I LEAD a rich full life of LEADERSHIP and LEGACY! I created a business and life that I love so that I can help others.

Teaching
My passion for teaching and learning has always been alive in me. From childhood, through my 30 years and growing professional career as an educator, I take pride and honor in helping others to understand themselves and the world as they grow and develop. Through my TEACH LEAD MPOWER ACADEMY, my vision is to see all people be leaders in life both personally and professionally. I guess it is safe to affirm that “I truly grow people and build leaders”!
